Hear me out, and not saying this happened. What if Jack went into this meeting with Adams and demanded a trade and was told that in no way was he being traded. This organization doesn't deserve the benefit of doubt, what if Adams decided to take a stand, could Jack be trying to position himself.

It did, not trying to defend the Organization, but it really did.

I just listened to some of Jack's comments and did not back read. Based on what I heard, I believe the holding off on surgery discussion is telling us he is going to be traded and will be up to another team's medical staff to decide if they want Jack to have the surgery and when. If he was sticking around, then he would've had the surgery. It sounds like there is a lot of risk involved with the surgery, which is only going to hurt his trade value. Better get used to Kreider plus D'Angelo and like it.
