I don't see any positives in missing the playoffs, it might be a stretch but at least you get to have an almost complete roster and the chance to maybe get something going there

that is if you make the assumption the next GM will be better. considering they will probably be french, that talent pool isn't very deep as far as quantity of candidates to pick from

course, my hope is they hire roy and it turns into a clown show.
