Ugly way to end the season. Losing 5 in a row and sort of backdooring their way in. Reminds me of the season Gainey took over behind the bench where they were quickly eliminated from the playoffs agains the Bruins. I can see something similar happening again sadly. Pretty underwhelming season overall.

meh, no one was really expecting much last year either and they beat Pittsburgh... with a week off and everyone coming back healthy it's not impossible they get things going
