I'm gonna go with some crackpipe upsets and take Minny and the Blues in the first round. Cause I'm (frank)ing stupid like that. |

I think Minny has a shot against Colorado.
And regardless if he goes 2 rounds he is smashing Thorntons point totals if Leafs go 3 or 4 rounds. - Santo_44
Old Joe might still surprise us.

Gas tables are pretty weak - not a lot of warm unless your sitting really close. Best heat option (short of burning wood) is the overhead hanging heaters. Get the best BTU you can and hang them above and they'll shoot the heat directly down at the couches. Even the stand up heaters are pretty week unless you get into the big commercial versions. - The Law
My two cents:
We have a bunch of different heat sources for the backyard:
- coffee table with propane flame in the middle.
- propane heater - the kind you see at restaurants
- pizza oven
- fire pit
- electric heater (basically a horizontal tube on a tripod).
It may look uglyish, but the electric one is the go-to. It puts out the best heat, you can adjust the level, and most importantly, it's much cheaper to run than propane, and you never have to worry about running out.
The restaurant style propane heater cost me about $160. The electric heater was a little over $300.
Don't be fooled by the price difference - at $20 a propane tank, the electric heater is the cheaper option after one month of use. |

If I am mathing correctly:
A win tonight gets us 79 points, tied with Florida. We would win on the first tie-breaker (wins in regulation), meaning we finish fourth. As Vegas and Colorado are 1st and second seed, we would avoid either of them until the Stanley Cup).
A single point tonight drops us to 5th place, but since Carolina and Florida are in the same division, we couldn't finish lower than 3rd seed in the final four.
A loss tonight and Pittsburgh is ahead of us on the 3rd tie-breaker - meaning we could slip to fourth if they are the ones who come out of the East (and one of Colorado/Vegas and one of Carolina/Florida win their divisions).
Regardless of outcome tonight, we finish ahead of Washington (2nd tiebreaker) and Minny if they win tonight (1st tiebreaker). - Atomic Wedgie
Key is one point tonight and no chance of having to fly into Denver in the 3rd round |

I think those are the two most likely upsets.
Minny has been lights out.
As for the Blues we have to give them some credit for getting it done just a few years ago...its how LA won all their cups. Regular season didnt matter to them. |

Electric is the way to go, it gives you radiant heat, where as heat from flames mostly dissipates into the atmosphere. |
