I dont have a pit table, but I have a dining table with a flame part in the middle.
It heats up "ok", not great. a lower, round, fire table might be better if you could sit around it? - Aetherial
Ya that’s what I’m thinking. Biggish table. We have the couches all set up and the tv. All the gas fire tables seem to be around 50-65,000 btu which I’m assuming is how much heat it gives off. I just don’t know if that would keep it warm enough to sit around in a week if it cools down to 7-10 degrees at night. |

It’s a fair bit of heat but it doesn’t throw it that far. It all kind of just dissipates on account of being, you know, outside. That’s my experience from using them in colder temps like actual winter. It may not be that much of an issue in 7-10 |

Getting excited for the playoffs, odd that Leafs - Habs cannot start their series this Sunday (a 3pm or 5pm EST start would have been awesome.. - although I guess most of you don't think that fits well with Canadian Sunday schedules?).
Surely Campbell is the guy to start first games for the Leafs, and I think there is only one way that Andersen can win back the hearts of Toronto fans (apart from single-handedly winning the Leafs a Stanley Cup buy posting 16 shutouts in the post-season ) - and that is to go out and win a mid-ice fight vs Carey Price.
(yes, I am hoping it will become that kind of series ). |

But here’s the question. Are you more excited about the Leafs winning this round, or losing so you can say, “I told you so. Trade Willy. Fire Dubas.”...? |

I would say it would be warm enough, you still might need jackets. |

Just looking at the weather next week and it looks like it’s only cooling down to 13-16 at night. Should be good. |

2 more reasons to bring in Roope Hintz in exchange for Willie the floater.
btw - an injured Hintz this season 43 points in 41 games.
Nylander 42 points in 50 games.
that is in addition of Hintz bringing much more than just points - which is Willie's only strength.. |

Pretty smooth sailing with the Pfizer
6 hours later, felt a bit of deadarm around injection location. Lasted about 24 hours..... no problem throwing 100+ pitches to the kids last night 👍 |
