Sounds like bullsh!t to me. Clearly he must have responsibilities. He likely helps Benning with pro scouting and wasn’t he high on Hughes as well?
You really think FA is paying a guy just to sit beside Benning? - Nucker101
he's in charge of offer sheets. |

Legit answer
If Vancouver cleans house with management and coaching, I will say Vancouver because they have a really good core of players that are talented. They know each other and have played together.
If they stay with the same management and coaching I would give the edge to Seattle. Then it will be close. - Makita
NHL makes it too easy for these new teams to have success. Seattle will likely be competitive right away and it’ll be used as some sort of slight against the Canucks. Put this front office and coaching staff in charge of Seattle and they’d get praised too

BTW, I don’t follow the draft prospects like you and Reuby, are their any prospects ready to step into NHL full time at Seattle or Vancouver’s positions? - Makita
Always surprises but I wouldn't expect anything more than what we have seen in the past few years with Kakko, Laffy.
40 point rookie season might be the best you get out of anyone next season.
Yes but not sure who. |

It's a pretty good idea to make it easy, so they build up hype right off the bat. If they had to start in a rebuild, you probably have another Buffalo or Vancouver franchise. Not good for the league. |

Congratulations! Apparently you guys will be getting Sam Reinhart

Reinhart would be a nice addition, but not sure I would trade Brock straight up for him.
Might be a better trade sending Holtby and Hawryluk.
Edit, and Jake. |

I would like to say I'm now immortal but it isn't the case.
MB government can piss off.
They sent my daughter home this week twice from school because she was "sick". Said she needed a covid test to come back to school. She has allergies.
While you are awaiting the results of a covid test, members in your family aren't allowed to be vaccinated.
I feel bad for her, she has been made to go for covid test 4 times now, 3 times have come back negative. Pretty sure later today will be the 4th negative.

So you're saying they should sign Sutter to a 5 year contract extension? Surely he's going to turn into Bergeron eventually... |

With all the spare cap space this off season, Benning should look at Tomas Tatar, Mike Hoffman and Kyle Palmieri. |

oil will only be as good as old man Smith. If he plays like he did for the Flames a few years ago they’ll be fine if he plays like last year then see ya later! |

True as is most cases with teams that struggle with PO goaltending. Leafs as well with Campbell/Andersson. I don't think the Oil will go on a deep run but they can win a round for sure. Jets top 9 and goaltending is basically as good as any in the league. Would love to see McD vs Matthews in the div. final. |
