I kind of hope for that to occur because the NHL clearly fixed the system that the Rangers exploited.

I ran the simulator like 10x and we didnt move from 16th.

Just for fun I ran the Sim 25 times. Rangers did not get into top 3 at all, but the Devils and Coyotes both did 4x. WOOF!

They keep their pick in the draft so it doesn't change the percentage of other teams winning it.

Not that it matters, but only took about 15 times for me to hit the first pick

and there are only 2 draws this year, so we are 1st, 2nd, or 16th

When he moved up to SHL, his game took a hit playing against men. He has as of late, after getting sent down and being left off the world juniors team, stepped up his game on his second stint in the SHL. Definitely a talented kid, will prob have to play in AHL.

Now Bettmann will instead opt to have sealed envelopes picked out of a box, one for each draft lottery team containing its team logo card inside; but without ever removing the final envelope from the box, since not a single envelope will have a Rangers logo card inside it. That resulting in the end with Bettmann stating the Rangers will remain just where they started, by selecting in that lowest possible position for finishing the season with the best record of all the non postseason teams.
