Yup I go to PT twice a month, used to go twice a week for month. Changed my entire routine after the disc injuries. Thought about stem cell but not proven yet

Here another thing that I heard pro athletes do from a couple physicians. They get fake a diagnosis from a physician to stop them from playing so that they dont risk an actual injury that may affect them from getting traded or signed.

It does, but it comes with its own secondary issues. By burning off the nerves, yes you get pain relief, but youre also removing nerve sensation to certain areas that may be susceptible skin breakdown/pressure ulcers. You wouldnt know it until its too late because you cant feel it.

OK Mr. Drury ---- lets fix the Rangers:

1) Resign Brendan Smith -- would prefer 1 year deal but would go to 2nd year if $$ were right. Sign Nils Lundkvist to his ELC.

2) Expose Howden Kinkaid and ADA to Seattle and hope one is drafted

3) Trade Hajek straight up for Ryan Reaves. Vegas is tight against cap and even though Reaves only makes $1.7 mill next season, the savings helps Vegas. Hajek does not have arb rights so his $$$ will be low. He will help replace Martinez when he leaves as an UFA.

4) Ryan Strome ( 50% retained )
Zac Jones
Unprotected 2021 1st round pick
Return Sens 2021 4th round pick
Julien Gauthier or Colin Blackwell

to Ottawa for Josh Norris

Strome more than replaces Norris and with 50% reatained, the notoriously cheap Senators don't add too much salary.
Jones provides a valuable addition to their blue line.
Gauthier or Blackwell are inexpensive add -ons to upgrade bottom 6.
Unprotected 1st round pick is a steep price to pay, but the Rangers obtain a young, cost controlled 2C who can actually win faceoffs. I realize this an expensive package to gain a small upgrade, but this is EXACTLY what the team needs. Chances of us winning the Draft Lottery are slim enough that I feel its worth it to make it unprotected.

New Lineup:

LaFreniere Mika Buch
Panarin Norris Kakko
Kreider Chytil Kravtsov
Rooney Barron Reaves

Lindgren Fox
Miller Trouba
Reunanen Smith
Bitetto --- Lundkvist gets full year in Hartford to acclimate to North America

Shesty & Georgi

Team is bigger, stronger and Reaves brings the toughness that we sorely need. None of the above deals blow up our cap now or in the near future. WIN/WIN

There is no way OTT accepts this trade. Norris is worth way more than some spare parts and a 1st round pick. On top of that OTT is rebuilding, they dont need a 28 year old center to replace a stud 21 year old.

Zac Jones is not a spare part for Ottawa. He would become the 4th d-man on their organizational chart behind Chabot, Brannstrom and Sanderson.

Very well thought out man. Concise and clear! Nice job.

I like your lineup and decisions you made. However, I was just watching the hockey game and thought that the perfect addition could be Sean Kuraly. Versatile, terrific bottom 6 player. Oh and VERY IMPORTANT, 57% on faceoffs 😍😜. He’s a UFA and it won’t cost crazy price, he only made 1.25, now he gets a decent raise to at most 3 mill?

You make your deal (Norris) and Kuraly, and Reaves...we’ve done a lot of needed tinkering, and pretty much like you said not blown anything to pieces lol.

SEAN KURALY will be a Ranger = bold predation

3-4 yrs 3 mill AAV, something like that. We’re not buying pts, we’re buying leadership. Work ethic. Faceoff guy! You need to pay for those things too

Would you entertain, Kakko for Norris? I think I would if we can also swap 1sts (protected of course)

The swapping of firsts will probably get OTT to back out. I think to get OTT to include the swap of 1st's we would have to add.

My hope was that they would be linemates, but if Ottawa took the hard position that would be the only player they would deal Norris for ---- I would definitely consider it.

The only problem with that scenario is that Ottawa doesn't have a center to adequately replace Norris.
