Again I'm not saying he's the best player on the team just he has the best 1st period - Upstate_isles
I hear you. More importantly we need our best players to start playing. Hoping for a different third. |

I don't see why saying the guy was the best player in a period is such a controversial thing. At least he was noticeable which is more than you can say for the rest of them unless Mayfield being noticeable in a bad way counts - Upstate_isles
Because Tom Wilson.
Never wrong to blame anything on him. |

If Leo broke someone’s arm or concussed a top 6 I would’ve noticed him. |

At this point don’t you know that when Bailey, Leo etc. do something wrong Cpt Blowhard sounds off? Just let the Parrot Kunt continue to spew the same BS ad nauseam. He has nothing else to add, limited. |

Sorokin.
In all seriousness, Leo has been pretty good but none of those three on the top line have been able to create any opportunities. Ebs has had a few times where he nearly got free in high danger areas, but Pittsburgh has committed to swarming him and Barzy, which was the risk of not having a third offensive threat on that line that we discussed going in.
Beau has been pretty intense too, but we need someone like Palmieri, Martin or Brock to win a battle in tight - keaner17
Beauvillier had two flubs that were give me goals. He has been one of our best players on a team that as a whole is playing pretty putrid. If we were playing 3/4’s as good as we all know we can we would be destroying the pens right now. Really hoping we see that team in the third. |

It's Cal missing the net by a country mile on that breakaway that was such a killer IMO. Then a PP that looked tactically awful |
