Russians like NY and the big cities vs. Buffalo.
Unless Buffalo reminds them of their homeland, probably a few months a year... |

Reinhart and the “rebuild” comment is being over blown.
The Sabres have the kids in place already and then add in a 1st overall pick.
Yes, a trade or 2 and some signings need to happen.
But the younger core is in place |

When your franchise center is leaving you need to rebuild
I think the smartest decision is to start over have all the young guys get more experience bottom out and have one of ( wright or savoie) with Beniers in 2023 Start to watch the team become a playoff contender

Not talking about trading Jack there, talking about the number of D they have and can't protect them all. |

we've never stopped rebuilding tho. never picked outside the top 10 with jack. there's no foundation to tear down, everything we have are still potential pieces.
we dont have some aging core it didn't work with that we need to start over |

It all depends on the pieces you get back from Jack. |

😀
Guys like great28 and cozens especially feel at home with the weather. Dahlin said he felt at home as well.
Russians, you would expect them to appreciate Buffalo weather ..... |

NYC can get pretty brutal as well...plus they have better nightclubs.

Just looking at different teams and seeing who they might protect and who they might be willing to move for a pick instead of losing for free to Seattle. |

That's exactly the premise of sending sam to Seattle for some good nhl players. Maybe pre-work out a list of players Seattle could claim and then move our way.
More draft picks are fine, but if we recieved 3 nhl players like (borgen, asplund, tage) guys other teams can't protect
That would turn around the process quickly |

We still havent built, when talking about moving Eichel and Reinhart, theyre 24 and 25, those would be attractive players to acquire if you were rebuilding. We have havent stopped rebuilding since 2013

We have Yand....nah, never mind, I like you guys too much.
If Yandle won’t agree to waive his nmc they will have to expose someone like Forsling who I’d rather see them protect. |
