I think he’s funny, not sure how he gets away with his on camera appearances, most of the time it doesn’t look like he paying attention and he rolls his eyes at some of the other guys

I think O-Dog is good for that show. He's insightful and funny. I find Hayes tries to rip his sayings off too much. I just can't understand how a former professional athlete can let themselves go like that.

Then, you retire and sit around nursing your injuries, drinking beer and regaling all with tales of yesteryear

I see it more with football players. They're burning so many calories with training, practice and games. So they're eating a ton of food. But they keep the same diets after they're done playing and gain a ton of weight.

I don't think it's too much to have some discipline and not let yourself get like that. Have a healthy diet, get some exercise. I don't see Ray Ferraro or Noodles looking like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.
