Big win. We will finish the series at home. Game 5.
- Aaron_85

Last night the refs called a number of penalties on the Habs, disrupted their game and threw them off mentally also. Further, there was at least one call that should have been coincidental minors.

The Leafs still have a lot of difficult hockey ahead and are going to have to prove they can win when the refs put away the whistles, because the makeup calls are coming.

Wait til you see what the refs have in store next game.

Wait until someone is injured through boarding, charging, slashing or cross-checking. Because that is all just "good, physical hockey ", right?

There will be makeup calls. Next game, the Habs will get away with everything and there will be some real ticky-tack crap called on the Leafs.

The NHL refereeing plan is not much worse than fixing games. The want to fix games to make them close and fix games to make the series' close.

And the coach (cant remember name) was all oissed off at the refs that he lost the challenge. Lol.

Im not sure thorntons stick even touched price. Why on earth did the video review team take so long?!?!?!

Apparently there was also a review happening in the Vegas/Minnesota game.

I'm totally in favor of the Habs putting the kids in. The young forwards are a huge liability defensively. Will one make our offensive game more potent while allowing the Habs lose 6-2 instead 5-1.

I am in favour of it because, by leaving them out, the message is pretty clear that Habs plan is to win by gooning it up and if this keeps up, more injuries are coming to the Leafs or suspensions from retaliation because the refs did nothing.

Watched the game outside with a couple of friends, got smashed in the hot tub after...

... Queefs were dominant the whole game. Nash out/Engvall in and Chucky in made a huge difference. Still missing JT, but I thought all the lines played well and Sandin clap-bomb from point?

Pretty sure he lifted Prices stick or knocked it but it was after the puck was in.

Iā€™m too lazy to go double check.

Puck was in the net before Thornton's stick touched Price's pad or he even moved. Price was two feet outside his crease when contact was made. The review lacked any credibility and it was the same cry baby sh!t that happened with 20 seconds to go in the game. Expect more.

Leafs are a great 5 on 5 team and clearly better than the Habs. They do not rely on PPs at all. That's been by far the weakest part of their game.

Let's be clear here, Leafs were far better than the Habs last night.

Yep the 3rd line was for sure and probably the 1st line.
