If he can play, it shouldn't matter. I'm accidently flagging any post if someone says they'd rather have a blue line of 6 Lindgrens than 6 Foxes because of size.

Besides, Jones is 5 11. Is that one inch really making a difference? Tell the kid to hit the gym and call it a day if he's got skill

Id rather have 4 Lindgrens and 2 Foxs

Centers are a premium and we are loaded on the right side. If they kicked in a second or third rounder, would you do it?

I think with everything going on in the world, with them also having Byfield and Akil Thomas, the potential marketing opportunities they could have in the city of Los Angeles could almost be priceless. There's such an untapped large black community there to get exposed to hockey.

on top of that, K'Andre Miller is a goddamn great young player has unlimited potential and Rob Blake has actually STATED that they would love a young left handed defenseman to build around.

Considering all that, I want Turcotte and Kupari for K'Andre Miller

We thought we left it all behind but here we are again. All we can do is cross our fingers and hope they leave Drury alone.

you know its bad when even Gretz says yeah, i'm out of here with regards to EDM. Honestly though, didn't even know he was working for them.

Probably a largely ceremonial title to keep ties with the team.
He resigned because he is going to be TNT's lead analyst next year!

he played one season and his ppg were .04 lower than Hedman's first season. I am not saying he is the next hedman, but he has the tools to be just that

The kid has played close to twice as much hockey as a forward as he has defense in his life. I'd say we have reason to overvalue him at this point!
Just hope he grows into a little more snarl as he gets more and more comfortable.

I don't say this as any kid of dig at all, I see him as like a poor man's Neidermier. Someone who can be physical, but is more known for his offensive acumen. I guess Burns comes to mind and could be a better comp given that Burns played a ton of forward too, but I don't think K'andre comes within the same atmosphere as some of Burns numbers.

I don't disagree, that's why I picked Scotty as the comp. He was an excellent defender, but I think more people know him for offense.

I guess the dig is, how dare we compare one of ours to a Devils player.

Nils Lundkvist got hurt at the Worlds and is missing the rest of the tournament. He is going back to Sweden to see how bad it is

Sometimes people think anything with "poor man's" as a dig is coming.
