I remember being on here, suggesting Leafs move out Freddy last summer after Lehner signed with Vegas and trade for MAF. Pretty sure Vegas would have been happy to retain significant salary as well. They had to dump Schmidt for a bag of farts to the Nucks when they couldn't move MAF.

any GM that watched the 2012 pens - flyers series, would stay away from fleury though


(fleury with a .834 save percentage, bryzgalov .871 and bobrovsky with a .722 save percentage..... that series was a goalie horror show).
