Habs Twitter is getting pretty toxic, and it's pumping up my cranky meter. They lose tomorrow night I will be taking a much-deserved hiatus from here and working full bore on the draft guide. Pretty much unbearable when they lose a playoff series.

I got the impression listening to Chris Johnson that this is actually the very early work of starting to come back. There’s some thought the knee wasn’t hurt as badly as originally thought. They also want to work him a bit and see how the noggin responds every couple of days.

Obviously, still a matter of weeks but this was more work than show.

When Foligno and Tavares are back and Nash gets up to speed, I wonder what changes end up being made, but those decisions are for another day.

Nash hasn't been good in the playoffs in his brief appearances, but he's a playoff guy. He's that prototypical 4th line shut-down centre you want. He should draw in when he's ready.

Yes. I'm the only one who thinks Lidstrom is one of the best defensemen of all time. Just me.

About the only move that would make any sense is if he replaced Kulak or maybe Merrill, but . . . I don't know. All I can honestly say for the Habs' D is that Edmundson has been good through the first 4 games.
