Thanks. The substance of the vision is secondary to me. Actually having a vision is the part we need.

"We want players who want to be here" is not a plan

It's a reaction to negativity caused by the lack of a plan.

They need to stop being reactionary and start being proactive. That can't happen until they outline a plan. If they have an actual plan, they have no interest in sharing it with fans which is friggin infuriating.
