I think your point has validity to it, however like every other opportunity/challenge this offseason, do you really believe that Kevyn, Jason, their 6 Scounts and the Atari System is the organization that is going to uncover those nuggets?

An entire generation of football fans graduated from high school before the Bills even sniffed the playoffs. People came roaring back to them. Same would happen with the Sabres most likely.

It'll take a LOT more than a coaching change to bring the fans back. Pegula needs to sell the team, and Adams and the rest of the Front Office needs to be fired and replaced with a REAL team President and a REAL GM to make competent decisions, before the fans will consider coming back.

How do you think the fan base would react if we picked Matty and kept him in college? Perhaps it’s the right thing to do development wise and we know we haven’t been good at that.

The idea is to keep Beniers at Michigan for another year, tank the 21-22 season and hopefully win the lottery (again) and pick Shane Wright.
