It will be interesting to see what we have with Mittelstadt. Maybe he can become a quality 2C talent after all.

He's a very pleasant surprise, hopefully he continues to fill a middle 6F spot. We have so many holes, hate to see Eichel/Sam go but it could go a long ways to balancing this roster out.

Did I say anything about keeping him if he doesn't sign long term. And like I said before I am not taking much from a press conference 2 days after another crappy season. I don't blame him for wanting time to think things over, I didn't expect him to be happy and balloons and lollipops. I hope they can keep him, if he won't sign long term then yeah you trade him.

That's Cool, Granato said he does a lot behind the scenes that people don't get to see, so I take that as trying to help. Rhino has never been a very good interview with the press, so as Captain that could be tough for him, I am caught in between about being Captain.

They do matter, definitely in the playoffs and occasionally in the regular season. They also slightly matter in the preseason. But only ever so slightly. I would say 7%.

They have been friendly to me when I’ve gone.

There was only one occurrence where my family and I got heckled and it was years ago. I was still in elementary school. The broncos ran Jason Elam and the kicking team on to win the game with no time left and there were a few drunk fans not too happy and they were beefing us as we left the stadium.

It honestly may have been the Kevin Everett game.
