That was playoff Sam. It does not get any better. It does get a lot worse.

He got suckered on that play, as soon as he foolishly put his arm over savard’s shoulders, Savard straightened up into the headlock. Sam couldn’t get free and he winds up yanking his helmet off and taking a needless penalty.
TB too good on the PP to give them extra chances because of a silly play.

Edit; There were a lot of similar “tussles” that went uncalled in this series. I can’t help but wonder if ref lets that go if the helmet doesn’t get ripped off Savard’s head. The new helmet rule says he has to immediately go get it and put it back on, or leave the ice. The advantage created by that meant the ref had to make the call.
