Their hardware proves you wrong. Anyway, you may believe every top 5 should achieve star status and titles. Top line status is an achievement for most non generational picks.

The mention of overachieving was not limited to draft position. But how they took limited abilities like skating and shooting and became great players. Other self-driven aspects like their commitments to training and community work. The point being these weren't gifted athletes riding to success.

Thus, the same work ethic drive and hockey intelligence will not limit them to being cheerleaders or props.
