Most players outside of the 1st round don't make it to the NHL, so it doesn't matter. Picks are a nuisance.

There shouldn't even be NHL Hockey there. Like ARZ, FLA, CLB, CAR...league should contract or move those clubs to Hockey markets.

that 2000-4000 fans per game seems to work well there too...

Would love to get Seth Jones. Stud RHD. Doubt it would be worth trading for him, they’re going to get a haul, and it would cripple the little prospect pool the Canucks have at the moment.

Which 100% means some team is going to pay a bushel for him via trade and then extend him to a deal that will age terribly.

It’s not my money, what do I care? The owner must have been feeling pretty good about his attendance to spend $1billion on a goalie. They can also afford a real coach. Seems they are ahead of the game.

From what I’ve seen of Pod, which admittedly is not a ton, I think he’ll be impressive. Hog showed more finish than I think we’ll see of Pod, but Pod’s passing game is underrated by a lot of people. Hopefully he brings his heavier forecheck to this weak ass flyby team

Basically meh in analytics (defense and offense) but people see him with and around the puck a lot so the eye test works for him (especially on transitioning).

Changed my mind a bit on him and his impact after reading it.
