I know this is counterintuitive, but if I have really good burgers, I use cheap buns.

If they are really good patties, tasteless Wonder buns are the perfect delivery mechanism.

I have literally never used my rotisserie.

Had it on my last bbq. When I pitched the bbq, kept the rotisserie attachment, because the “new” bbq I adopted from my brother had the bracket for it. Still haven’t busted it out. That’s 20 years.
