I think he gets a few games - sbroads24
He should get the rest of the playoffs.
Zero intent to play the puck. Intent was to injure a guy.
But it’s the NHL and “imagine if this was the 80s still” or something like that. |

Maybe, the result was terrible.
What do you think about going forward regardless of draft position/ bpa |

28 games after ralph got canned
olofsson 5 goals 8 assists 13 points total
4 goals and 6 assists 5 on 5
28 games with ralph 8 goals 11 assists 19 points
2 goals and 5 assists 5 on 5
I think he is fine for the middle 6 - homiedclown
Olofosson is like a Connor Sheary that turns into Kucherov on the PP with the right playmakers.
I agree with the middle 6. |

He's the least of are worries, but I would send him packing if it gets me a better trade package with Rhino or Risto. |

I’ll be honest with you I thought this would be much closer.
Vegas just looks like they are hanging by a thread.
It’s a long series though, maybe - Pegullaville
Yeah. Money maf keeping them in it. Don't forget they played a 7 game series vs Minny while the Lanche swept STL |

I really only watch Blue Jays games for the most part so my knowledge of baseball is not extensive to say the least, but even Stevie Wonder can see the Blue Jays can’t survive with this rotation. |

I think people are gonna be pissed we take Power but I’m ok with it.
It is what it is. He’s a good prospect and there’s no consensus #1
I wish we didn’t pick first |

Yes.
My fear is he’s forward Risto. No matter how below average his EV numbers are every coach is gonna treat him as a L1 winger because his shot |

I'd agree with the middle 6 currently for goaloffson, but getting scoring throughout the line up is playoff hockey team building.
That and goaltending.
The lack of hope for development suprises me. I love the upside and his skating is tremendously underrated. |

This is pretty fair, I just think he hasnt hit his nhl ceiling.
Currently, i think you have a good comparison |

I think what most people fear is pumping his numbers on the PP will lead to a very hefty pay raise next year |

Power just seems “safe”. I do think Beniers/Eklund/Guenther possibly even Clarke might have higher ceilings.
Power is a guy you can slot in your top 4 though no doubt. He is a good prospect, I just think scouts love him cause he may be more developed at this stage than the other prospects.
I’m just worried about looking back on this draft a few years from now sitting with a Noah Hanifin (Power) when Seattle and Anaheim get their Hischier (Beniers), Ehlers (Eklund), or Connor (Guenther) |

I'd like to see him with casey and asplund in a perfect world for second line if rebuilding this fall
asplund IMO is under rated for his defensive play and he has chemistry with olofsson
who knows what to expect this summer right now |

I personally want Beniers or Elklund.
I don’t think either are #1 worthy.
Power has the biometrics and skill for a top pick. 🤷♂️ |

Connor Sheary of the Penguins/Capitals. Not the Sabres version that was mostly misused for the most part |

Were gonna need to be patient again. Defenseman take time.
I'm sure there's a real #1 consensus. I think its power.
I like Seattle moving up like others suggested. Maybe just protect timber, asplund and borgen and let them pick a miller type guy. No picks involved.
I wouldnt mind starting a franchise with a 3/4 year project. Sabres need to be ahead of that curve. |

Don't hear a player usually come out at a post game press conference and say that Scheifele will be dealt with whenever he is back on the ice. |

I don’t even buy he was making a play. He was pissed at a non call earlier. Total intent to injure - sbroads24
I think he probably gets a game, he's got no history. If Wilson can get away without even a minor penalty called I find it hard to justify Scheifele getting any more than 1 game. But it's the NHL, who the hell knows? |

If Jack is gone, probably Beniers |

Most of the guys in consideration for 1-5
would most likely go in the 5-15 range in an above average draft class.
It’s mostly a bunch of middle 6 forwards or 2nd pairing D and you might be the lucky one that gets the guy who develops into a top line/top pair player.
I’m sure scouts will vary on player listings based on their own respective prospect pools/systems.
Long story short, a crap shoot as most on here have come to agreement on |
