My personal view. Players producing less with the ice time are basically 3rd liners playing up a line, 3rd wheel basically. Lots of players are like that. Not 1st or 2nd liners but they work with the 2 guys on their line that are.

It is such a damn fine line between on defenders that score but don't know how to defend.

Need scoring and a PP QB but how do you pay them while someone who keeps the puck out but doesn't score gets half that.

Both Pouty & Huggy should be offered no more than 3 year deals.

You can go 3 with Pettersson and 4 with Hughes, and they are both RFA’s at the end of their deals.

Plus whatever other guys show they are part of the solution.
