Looks like I was wrong about there being no actual search done for additional coaches, thanks NYN for posting that bit from The Athletic. I’m sorry to have raised the question Don, can you ever forgive me?
It also looks as though someone else was wrong about coaching assignments. |

Why not bring Gillis back?

He's a smart man. His issue (was) the condescending way he communicated with the media and fanbase. The mandate when he was brought in was to win the cup. Now it's the ability to compete. He'd help in an advisory role. However I think better options will materialize soon. Brad Shaw was a solid addition, management still needs to improve soon or it needs to get changed. JB needs results this season, 8 years is enough. |
