Would that void his ntc? - Michael Pachla
I don't think so. The Sabres would need to terminate the contract for conduct detrimental to the team in order to void the NMC clause.

Since the person who said that was indeed wise, it's safe to assume he wasn't a Floridian. |

That's a quote, my man. That's a quote by an ostracized Leaf fan.
It's an ignorant quote, and also one of my recent favorites on this board. Please acknowledge, Seven-9er. |

Don't know where is was born, but now hails from Rochester.
BTW, what does Fl have to do with anything?

Gonna sue a movie theatre because the movie was atrocious? No. You're the chucklehead who wandered in there and paid $13.50 to see In The Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale, directed by Uwe Boll.

I'm confused. - sbroads24
A poster who hasn't watched a Sabres game in 3 years is calling out another poster for expressing his dissatisfaction for his beloved Sabres being run into the ground by incompetence manifested by finishing 31st in a 31 team race and missing the playoffs for 10 years.

Would that void his ntc? - Michael Pachla
My first take is that they'd have the right to terminate his contract or suspend him until their doctor's determine he's healthy enough to play. The grey area is if they felt the surgery had negative effects. They could probably sue him. That's why he'd never consider going that route. If things didn't go well, he's left holding the bag. All risk, no reward.

The team actually belongs to the Pegulas. They don't owe us anything to be quite frank.
Other than a Cup. Terry did promise me one of those.

Says Eichel is not going to LA - TC4145
What I find funny about this article is how they are "Not going after any big names" yet -
"1. Adding a top-six forward, preferably one who can play on the top line in 2021-22. This player needs to have real NHL experience. Think of it as being somebody with at least 200 NHL games already under their belt, likely more"
Not sure how many no name established top line forwards exist that have played 200+ games |

Hey, I'd definitely take what I posted with a grain of salt, however what this dude is saying is pretty all over the place.
Also, I'd take Dreger, Friedman, and I think Lavoie who have all said publicly that the Kings have called on Eichel |
