The Isles got out played in 4 if not 5 out of the 6 against the Penguins in round 1.

Bruins we’re the better team in 4 out of the 6 in this one.

I don’t agree with your opinion of the games. Is what it is I get it the metrics don’t work but trotz’s system isn’t about shot suppression and we’re not about throwing pucks on net. His system literally is based on only throwing quality shots on net when it presents itself to lessen the chance of it coming back the other way. He preaches it openly in post games.

Also, not worried about shots on net on us as long as they’re above the dots or along the boards and keep the lanes open so goalies have open sight lines. Sometimes it’s messy looking but overall it’s effective and simple. That’s the big secret and trotz’s system. Tampa is an incredible team it’s not a good matchup I think for any team but if we can slow them down a bit who knows. Also, the no talent mantra is hysterical at this point I really think nobody is watching these games and seeing Nelson, Beauvillier, Barzal, Bailey, Pageau, our entire defense. I don’t get it

Well at the very least the Packers did get one ring during Rodgers’ tenure.

Feels like a missed opportunity they didn’t get another one the past 4 or 5 years and I think he feels the same and that is what is causing the rifts I think with him and the management team there.

Watching the Broncos move the sun and the stars to build an offensive juggernaut then completely flip script to build a defensive juggernaut for Manning in all of 4 seasons probably didn’t help.

Tampa catering everything to Brady in one offseason and getting a ring.
