and if we get decent returns for eichel, skunk and risto

there is no reason why this team can't compete for a playoff spot in 2022-23 with average goaltending

Foote could possibly be had, and Tampa really doesn't have much to add, unless they want to use next year's 1st, and that leaves them without 1st and 2nd rnd picks for 2yrs. Like I said maybe nothing happens, but I would still make the call.

I was fine having some words at a red light with some douche-bro, but there's an unspoken code about messing with people's wife/family.

I even went to drive away when the light turned green but he had to have the last word and say something prejudiced, to my wife, and after working all damn day I was done with it. I pulled to the side of the road, got out and walked right up to him and just (frank)ing blasted him. He tried to call my bluff by holding his ground, well, I felt like John Malkovich in Burn After Reading when he says "Your empty little head will be spinning faster than the wheels on your Schwinn bicycle back there"

I could have went nuts on the guy but we got up, I saw he was pretty dazed and I said "mouth of to a dude's wife again, moron", got back in my car and drove to my apartment. He FOLLOWS ME and calls his mom. This was a dude seriously around 40 years old. I'm 36. He called his mom, I can't even with this ... I went in my apartment and watched to see if he tried doing anything to my car. He hung around and eventually buzzed off.

Yep, waiting 'til dusk. Gonna slip out with my pocket knife just in case - But I live in a community with cameras everywhere, and the grounds are monitored.

I mean, Jesus Christ man, It was a 2 or 3 minute red light and trying to reason with a dude calling you a "f*ck-face" and just mouthing off when all we were trying to say to him is look dude, yes it's ALSO a bike lane as well as a city street, but use your head man - it's rush hour, cars move faster, and you have 5 feet of room between you and the shoulder, you can't weave in and out of the shoulder day-dreaming and I even said to him: "Look dude, I could have been that bumhole that just blows past you, you have to yield to a faster vehicle."

He could have even avoided pulling up right next to me at the red light. Multiple chances to let it go and de-escalate. And Ohioans have guns like it's a keychain, so it could have even been worse.

But come on dude, you had to turn it into a situation where an adult Caucasian male says to a woman with an accent "where are you even from, huh?" in a god damn city of 1 million people, with Ohio State literally 1.5 miles up the road, where some 15,000 foreign students go, let alone al l of the immigrants in this city...

Nah, that dude needed to get punched. The entire intersection stopped to a halt and it pretty much stopped the passage of actual Time for 30 seconds. The universe stopped what it was doing and looked and saw that dude get punched and it was hilarious. And then everyone except him went back to what they were doing.

How can he file suit against someone with only their license plates? You cannot get any info from them, the leasing office will not give tenant info out, you have no witnesses, and a punch is not something I would ever go to jail for, believe me, I know.

I would at most get a court date, and with a completely clean record, an ACD with a 6-month statue of limitations basically saying don't do anything dumb and this won't even go on your record.

He has no clue which building, unit or number I could have and he stood around at the gates looking like a weirdo and was getting stared at by absolutely every single person who lives here, so he on camera stalking around looking like a complete whack-job. I'll deal with the consequences, if anything comes from it. Life goes on. Getting punched is gonna make you do a lot of thinking at least.
