Finally. I got to see a lot of Shaw play Junior with Ottawa. Had one of the best Junior Coaches ever in Brian Kilrea. I have no doubt in my mind he knows his shit about the game.

McDavid doesn't want to be in Edmonton anymore, no choice but to trade him. Petey and QH realize they need to sign league minimum deals to have such a great roster.

I don't know if Jones would want to come here or if Canucks would want to pay the asking price? I know it is hypothetical .

I think something at this point is we will probably return with Schmidt and Myers. Both seemed to improve as the year went on . Maybe with a coach that actually knows how to coach an NHL team it might improve with style and systems ?
