But if sources are saying Seth to Colorado then this is big news. Would you label this as E3 or is it up to E4?

Just thinking about this further...I believe Brian Burke is close with David Poile from some of their work with Team USA. It's possible that Poile allowed Burke to try out his time machine. Burke would have obviously gone back in time and spent quality time with Freddy Anderson, knowing that one day he would ask Anderson to join the Penguins, despite so many better goalies being available. It all makes sense now. Hi kids.

There are some rumors swirling from credible sources that the Avs are likely to be very interested in Jamie Eleksiak if he makes it to FA. That's much more the type of under the radar move Sakic would make rather than Jones. I would think by now EK and others would have noticed that Sakic has eschewed every splashy trade/signing that they've been rumored to be in on.

It might have been that time Colorado was forced to play game 7 on behalf of Minny. That wore the Avs down, allowing Vegas to later beat them, which sets up Jones to Colorado and Hall to Calgary. Some people call that the butterfly effect. Hi Burkie!
