Ferland is dooooone. If he was actually healthy and able, he'd be a big boost to this team (though the cap would be another hoop..) - NewYorkNuck
I wish Ferland was healthy. Man could we use a player with his jam |

Pearson > Pod

Ah, you said Pearson and Hog, so I thought you had someone else in the top 4 wingers. |

Having him on the third line with Podkolzin and a semi-capable center? Dreamy. |

Totally, without a guy like him, i feel the team lacks that physicality/edge...aka 'soft'

This is a trigger for some, but I miss Dorsett. |

Miller
Boeser
Höglander
Podkolzin
Pearson - but Pearson will get the minutes to start at least.
Who do you have 3rd, Lind? Or are you thinking Ferland will re-emerge next year? - 1970vintage
At this stage?
Probably Highmore and Podkolzin.

I loved Dorsett. Was choked when his career ended |

Thanks Carol,
Holtby will certainly be sticking around as Jim will want to make sure he has his solid tandem in place for a bounce back season. It might cost a pick or a prospect to make sure Seattle doesn’t claim him but the prospect pool is so deep it won’t really matter. - 1970vintage

He’s already the fourth best winger on the team. It may mean starting on the third line until he earns the trust of the coaching staff, but it won’t take long. - 1970vintage

Pearson is a solid middle 6 forward, but it’s really only a matter of time before Pod surpasses him imo. His game translates very well into the smaller ice and faster pace, after the adjustment period(could be short or long), he’ll thrive(assuming no serious injury woes). |

100%. It's actually ridiculous how versatile Pearson is up/down the lineup. Can play top 6 minutes if needed and in a bottom 6 role on the 3-4 lines once Podz emerges. I commented a few days ago it won't be long before Podz supplants Pearson on the 2nd line with Bo. Solid move by Benning keeping Pearson here for a depth position in the bottom 6. |

It's so simple , it's stupid. We use the Abby Jr Canucks and use the Johnny Canuck logo, probably outsell the main teams jerseys. |
