S

so are you suggesting that if I post in my real name that will bring more credibility to my dislike of Drance, Satair, Dhaliwal, etc.

have you read mini’s disgust of anyone that has a difference of opinion of his prospects rankings, doesn’t matter if he posts his real name or not, I take his takes with a grain of salt, same as Button or Pronman.

Yes, I’m saying if you post using your real name you will be more careful about what you say. Twitter is such a disaster because it’s mostly anonymous. People’s takes in here are much more extreme because nobody knows who they are in real life. I’m sure there are some guys who would actually say these things to a buddy, but most… I have my doubts.

Edit - also yes, grain of salt.

I think you'd be surprised how stupid people can get even with their name/photo/employment on display.

I know I have no problems with saying anything I post here to anyone in person. But I do agree with the premise of your post, people are certainly full of bravado and bullshit when hiding behind their avatars.

He is a UFA after this season? Edit I guess he is a UFA IN 2 seasons. Still risky
- CanuckDon

There have been reports he wants to play on the West Coast, he's from Vancouver, and I'm sure if the trade was possible JB could talk to his agent and get the framework or notion of their next contract before finalizing a trade

His Dad Paul is also still pretty close with people in the organization. They spend a lot of time in Penticton.

Do me a favour and get that peach margarita recipe ? I'm having a party in September and we'll be making plenty.

If you want, infusing alcohol is quite easy and brings a different vibe to cocktails. I've made peach infused bourbon before, which is quite nice:

Easy enough to take that peach bourbon and make some Peach Old Fashioneds, Whiskey/Bourbon Smashes, Mint Juleps, etc that have a nice summer taste to them

Recipes (can't vouch for the ols fashioned, but the idea is there):

I would take it but we just don't get good fruit here all too often. One of the things I miss the most about living in BC is the fresh fruit

Paul knows the market here well. I think he'd leave that call to Sam. JB will be kicking tires for sure.

Linden and Benning met with him and his dad prior to the 2014 draft, there was mutual interest back then. Don't see why he still wouldn't be interested since Buffalo is a worse team in a worse city.

He would be the new team whipping boy with the fans and media. Sam was a mistake, we needed more prospects

60+ is pretty much impossible without consistent PP1 time, people don't realize how much influence PP time has on player's offense. Even if he came here and put up 50 points, that's really solid

He can't turn out any worse than the last hometown boy/first round pick. So he'll have that going for him.
