yes we can. it's not a false equivalency though. it's an emphasis on how that logic doesn't make sense... obviously being an bumhole on twitter is not equivalent to murdering. but to say he is excused because he had the free time to be an bumhole on twitter (he probably still would've been one) is silly. an bumhole is gonna bumhole and a murderer is gonna murder - picklerick

I see the ADA stuff is still driving discussion. Guess story wont end until we see if/when he is bought out, which looks to be the likely conclusion |

Seems inevitable. I don't know if there's really any other options at this point. |

Yeah I got a neighbor who lives on the other block whose boyfriends best friends second cousin, knows a guy who works at the box office who has a friend who works in the front office over heard a conversation someone had on the phone and they were talking about a guy name Tony. - Brukie

We always talk about centers
how is Vegas so good if Chandler Stephenson is their 1C? |

they kind of play a positionless game. if all of your players play a similar style it really doesn't matter who is at LW or RW or C or whatever.
They suffer a bit on face-offs because of it but ultimately face-offs don't matter all that much 3 seconds after the puck is dropped. Just another puck battle. Important in the moment but pretty meaningless in the big picture. |

Alex Tuch is lining up there in practice today. Dude hasn't ever played C at the NHL level as far as I'm aware. |

as the worst faceoff team in the league as we are, you really tend to get tired of losing them, especially on the powerplay when they can never get possession and always lose the first 20 seconds when it gets cleared down

Yes, I know.
this is why I said they can matter in the moment but ultimately don't mean much over the course of a full season.
We're talking about thousands upon thousands of puck battles. every face-off is just one more. It's great if you can win it. 99% it won't hurt you if you don't.
