I'm currently in a government mandatory mental health training online, and instead of having one in English and one in French they decided to do both at the same time, so they repeat the exact same information twice. it's very frustrating, and ironically it isn't helping my mental health at all lololll

Bought the SFED, stuffed it in my bag, walked across the ESSO to the Tims and bought my coffee. It's tough to double fist and play with my mask. Much easier when I'm at the estate after a GREAT run.

I rather it cold, but i drink it slower when it's slightly chill. Also i need to wait until my travel mug is empty because they tell the kids NRGD are banned, so i can't stroll in everday and have it infront of them
