A team would be taking 10 mill in salary trading for Eichel. I don’t think a cap dump would cost extra, it would be necessary to complete the trade and be built in - Fattony1187
Yep, might help the Sabres rebuild with "dignity "
Maybe add 2 more okposos, if we're getting high end talent, top 2021 pick maybe add a 2022 pick? |

Interesting - Buff36
$1.5B for an open air statium.
Those PSL's best come with a scantily clad Jill to hold the Sun and Rain Umbrella for each ticket holder. Maybe a Champagne Room for them to earn additional income if they possess certain talents.
Each ticket comes with an 8-ball per game.
Hookers, Blow and Blow Statium...
has a nice ring to it. |

Probably gonna suck for some longtime season ticket holders. I'm in 11 years, I really like my seat. 16 yard line.
Prime club seating and possible seat licensing ?

PSLs are nearly a given with a new stadium, unfortunately.
I'm curious to see how much the Pegulas are willing to pony up vs the public payment |

That's it, what are the Pegula's willing to throw into the pot. I will not be very Happy with PSL, me or a Family member has had season tickets since Rich Stadium opened. I love the Bill's, but will not pay a high PSL. |

I don’t get why an open air stadium needs to cost $1.5B. U.s. bank stadium in Minneapolis was $1.1B, Mercedes Benz stadium in Atlanta was $1.5B. Both are enclosed. What am I missing? |

When were those built? The cost of materials and labor has skyrocketed lately. I can tell you that my services in one corner of Indiana is almost double of every where else in the state. It’s because of Chicago and the unions |

Maybe inflation? Not being a smartass. I assumed they could keep an open-air stadium sub-$1b. I figured a decent but updated Ralph clone would come in at $800-900m |

I wouldn't be surprised if they can't, really not like they have to add any roads or such if they build it in the same spot. |

5 years ago, with inflation they go to 1.2 and 1.6 or so. They are enclosed though adding considerable costs. Also, there is much more corporate money in those cities that will demand more luxury suites and finer finishes in and around the stadiums. I know materials are way up now, but still. I don’t think the fan base needs prim and proper, why pay for it. Cleveland built their stadium for like 275M just bare bones, granted it was a while ago. |

I have to think it could come in under a billion too. |

Psl's probably won't deter me. I have only 1 seat.
If the stadium was climate controlled, I would hope to get a pair.
On field play would deter me at this point.
What's your guess cost wise per seat?
Could they be sold as a commodity? Transferred?

No idea about cost. Everything I've read about PSLs is that they're a money-making scam and generally offer no value to the consumer. The stadium will be another hurdle for the Pegulas to pass without looking like out-of-touch billionaires |

Absolutely, but I'm generally a pegula defender.
Would something like this come up for public discussion or voting? A new stadium vote?
Imagine erie county raising taxes to 9% to cover the stadium 👀 |
