Johnson is nice he has Incredible hands but he doesn't understand when a play is dead stop trying To make a play out of nothing it hurts your team

That literally sounds like Guenther.. and one of the reasons why I'm not as high on him as you guys are. Eklund all day.

Few if any desire this layer of hell. But as it stands, we'll be sitting here next year, too.

What matters is, does the beam of light shine through the ceiling next year. Can they progress, can they build something, can they be an organization to where guys truly see the potential, and that potential is met?

Very good post:

I'd like to see Donnie as coach and a large progression from the younger guys under his teaching.

I thought the light shined on Casey, asplund and tage upfront.

Dahlin and samuelsson in the back under donnie.

Hopefully byfield/dach/ zegras is lightable....

This. I am actually excited about what is going to be coming back. People forget that part of the reason (certainly not the whole reason) that the cupboard is bare is because we successfully graduated so many prospects in the last couple of years. When you couple our own picks from this draft with what we'll get in return we should be set for years to come if we stay the course this time.

He was doing it last year before he got hurt. He's gonna be a nice red zone threat.

if you asked 2000 bills fans, who would you rather have for the bills 2021 season, diggs or thomas, it would not be a close poll

probably would not be a close national poll either

- homiedclown

I'm sure I'll get scrutinized by uncle ionlightning, but imagine drafting thomas before diggs in a fantasy football draft?

That's like comparing gibson and vaslevsky πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Diggs quite possibly had the best buffalo Bill's single season at wide receiver. He may also become the best receiver we have ever had? Pure talent.

I'd be steering clear of Thomas, questionable "quit" in his game.

πŸ‘absolutely.

Really it boils down to the pegula's being patient and learning their lesson.

Hopefully the Bill's success will allow them to see thru on this rebuild (tank 4).

Stick around the bottom for year 3 this time. The Matthew's/ laine/ matt tkachuk draft year.

Power being year 1..... considering the hype for the next 2 season's drafts...

Guenther is a complete player though? Only weakness he's not a center

Max Domi and pick #5 is a good starting point...

For Sam Reinhart

Guenther turns it over like it's his job because he's trying to create too much offense. That was literally your complaint of Kent. He might be "better" defensively at 18, then Kent but does being better mean anything if you turn it over at the blue line trying to be too fancy? Guenther, high end skill and compete, almost to the point of arrogance in his own skill that can cause many odd man rushes the other way.

He is a mid 6 forward, IMO.
