Sure we do, 1st overall. - Carubba-Kaleta
thats spicy |

No chance we get both. Power and Beni are going 1 or 2. Hughes to NJ if Anaheim doesnt take him. Eklund to NJ if Anaheim takes Hughes.
The rest is up for discussion. - DirtyDan
Good predictions, but nothing is a lock in this draft. It's all up for discussion.

According to you, this is going to be one of the best drafts ever.
Marner, Toews, This guy who is going to be the steal of the draft, which means he will be better than Marner and Toews. - ImThatGuy
I never said it was going to be the best draft ever that never came out of my mouth.
I said it isn't going to be "weak" like reports are saying it will be players that will be Puzzle pieces that complete a team

Clauge, Turcotte, Vilardi, and 8 is a nice package, would push for Bjornfot tho |

If you're the Kings you have to be the one to make the deal
- The vets want it, badly
- They would instantly be a top contender in the west
- Their key core players are exiting their peak years and the kids won't be much help this year
- They will still have a ton of prospects left over after the deal

All of NHL, not a great draft.
SAbres fans.
We are getting Marner and Toews and Headman. |

I agree, but the only 3 they really owe anything to are Kopitar and Quick as far as the two cups they won. Not knocking Brown and Doughty, but those two were the reason imo, Quick especially. And with how bad he's been lately, might be a thanks for what you did, you'll always get free beer here type of thing. Could be better to turn the page on them. |

Maybe you will, maybe you won't. People can say what they want about this draft, you just never know. |

Oh sure, definitely - some of those guys are well past their best by date. But you can still maximize what Kopitar and Doughty have left. If they aren't going to get Jack then you may as well move all the vets that you can right now and aim to be competitive in 2 years. Doing neither is pointless, as their vets have publicly pointed out.

I think the last point is the sell point. They could still have Byfield, Kaliyev, Kupari and Bjornfoot in their pipeline after trading all those other guys in that trade offer |

Probably the nicest offer that is plausible. I just find it hard to believe that with at least 6 teams calling us that none of them would give us at least 90 cents on the dollar. Someone is going to step up.

Very much this:
Almost enough room and prospects for both bike riders.
Jack and sam.
Probably dealing with cap issues and a couple major cap dumps.
Ionlightning likes to add olofsson with eichel.
Could work for LA |

So Russo is reporting that Eichel definitely needs neck Surgery. So is Minnesota hoping that lowers the price. |

Then I keep Eichel all year and trade him next offseason when his value is back |
