He still needs to do that over 82 games. Also it's 9 goals and 2 assists. Also I said he's Lars Eller had 18 points in 24 games when the caps won the cup and 13 in 17 with us before he got Grybaed

Yea for Centers. There are a number of wingers that have more than 9. |

Pretty sure Chandersphone (butchered it) was playing yesterday. - Scabeh
Yup, he was. No excuses there. I'm cautiously optimistic. Habs are playing so well right now, I really don't want to jinx things. The best part is it isn't 1 player carrying the team.. The whole team has been playing well overall. Sure, opponents can complain about player X being out, but our "3rd and 4th lines" are performing as well as the first 2 lines. Even then, "Line 1" of Gallagher, Danault, and Lehkonen haven't been putting up crazy offensive numbers. BUT they've played really solid hockey, and could be counted on in every situation.
No matter what happens this round out, if they can get 1 more win to make the finals I'll be happy. Because from here there's another team vying for the Cup, making the odds even slimmer. What a ride this year, though, eh? I'm proud of the team for what they accomplished. Hand out all the awards you want, NHL.. This group is taking it to em without any (this year) award winners.
Here's to hoping the Optobus can shift into 4th gear after Thursday! GHG! |

Sorry, what was Lars Eller doing at age 20? It's a poop comparison you need to let go of |

Though a few centers on that list unless they played some wing too before age 21. |

Not planning on staying.
Just wanted to hop in since the team is performing at an expected level (even if we were all pretty excited to see the new players added last summer). |

Scores when it counts.
I'll take that over Mitch Marner and his production over 82 games.

That "show" reminds me of minor league baseball. It's like a Friday night junior D game announcer and production team took over - Takemedrunkimhome
Omg, I know... Just like they can't play music etc after the puck drop, I think any stupid, over the top goal announcements should be saved for between whistles. Hell, the announcer was deep throating the mic so bad last night it was causing feedback. Choose between an impartial announcement, or make them between plays. |

Lars Eller scored his 9th career playoff goal during the Caps cup run at the age of 28 I believe. Facts tend to hurt poop arguments |

he's up and down. he was great early in the playoffs then went a bit quiet and unnoticeable, but as Anderson's game has picked up so has KK's.

Rookie Cole Caufield has already won more playoff series (in his first year) than Marner will in his entire career. |

Nail Yakupov scored 31 in points in 48 games when he was 18 so Kotkaniemi will never be as good as Yakupov and will play in the KHL in a few years? Yes age is a factor but it's not everything. Stop it with YOUR poop arguments |

When he tries to play on the perimeter, play the skill game he has long stretch where he's invisible. When he goes to the net and plays a Gallagher like game he has succes. I know he's a 3rd overall and we expected a skilled center with playmaking abilities but that's not who he is, at least not when he produces. |

Like when it's a best of 7 series? Oh wait... He doesn't do that... Marner gets you to the dance, then steps on your toes all night. |
