Point is just as good, cheaper, more reliable in terms of availability, a stud playoff performer, and has a great attitude.

Jesus Christ even Skinner had awesome defensive numbers this year but I bet you won’t post that RAPM.

So we have a player in Point that drives offence at a higher rate and has just as good expected goals against that plays in a much higher up tempo system.

People who dont watch the Bolts underestimate hos good Point is.
I'm not sure who has better Zone Entry w Possession numbers, but they are both elite level.
I never said Point was better, but certainly just as good..that RAPM was surprising how much better of a clutch performer Pointer was...and it us stunning how good of a playoff performer he is.

I wouldn't see them trading Point for Jack. And certainly not Kouch either. Stammer for Jack, surely.

The guy has 36 playoff goals, 69 points in total in 61 games. 9 game goal streak.

I’m judging from your tone that you are inferencing that Point is the cart being pulled by the horse. I see Point has the horse. If he was the cart, Stamkos would have never moved to the wing

Point > Eichel as of today.

Eichel on a good team changes that as I don’t think RAPM is anywhere near perfect as accounting for teammates in their model

Problem with arguing about team strength is that the Bolts are as good as they are partly because of Point. He’s a play driver. Not a passenger
