They take as much as they give.
Kucherov is a friggin target out there. He's guilty too.
That is the point, they take probably more than they give.
Coleman, Goodrow, Gourde, Conton and Maroon should all be targeting Barzal all game. A good accidental stick square to the nose would be justified payback.
Isles have played very dirty as well. - IonSabres
it's part of the nhl playoffs...every team knows this...
I don't get what you mean, there all still 25 and below, both Theodore and Tuch are signed for atleast 4 more years. Krebs is a good young talent and I know the 1st will be late but you could probably grab Cossa there. - Buff36
I would keep Theodore and Tuch if we acquired them. They are still young. I would only want to be bad again next year. I think we would have the horses to be a fringe playoff team that could make noise in 2023 if our 2022 pick hits

Cooper should just send Maroon out to take a face off against him

Well, when they deliberty injure the best player on the ice, then go after Stamkos after having already taken Colton and Cernak out...I'd say their intent is well defined. - IonSabres
I find it absolutely impossible to feel any sympathy for Kucherov and the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The only reason I want them to win is because a Montreal/NYI Final would be unbearably dull

1) McDavid
2) Mackinnon
3)Crosby
4) Point
5)Matthews/Eichel/Draisatil
That’s how I rank it. Slight edge to Point over Eichel.
The lightning are as good as they are because of Point.
Eichel will always be the better point producer but Point’s overall game, his clutch ability, and his overall availability gives him the edge in my eyes. - Pegullaville
Hes good but they'd be in the same spot without him... Another guy would just step up. Or you know Kucherov would just be feeding whoever else lol

Sure, and if that were the Buffalo Sabres and it was Scott Mayfield (whoever the Frank that guy is) breaking one of your star players ribs I’m sure you’d be singing a different tune
I find it incredibly interesting, and somewhat hilarious, that Yahoo! uses a Rochester paper to cite its sources about a Buffalo mayoral election. - buffalofan19
I like how they call her “former nurse” instead of fired nurse with multiple orders of protections against her for violence against co workers

Maroon couldn't catch him..even on the dot.
Honestly, I don't subscribe to premeditated intent to injure scenarios, so I reject even my post saying to do so. I would however target him every chance I get for some open ice hits and crunching blows along the board...clean, legal punishing hits.

What the Lightning did was well within the rules. It may be a bad rule that can be rectified by the next CBA, but complaining about them taking advantage of it is sour grapes, nothing more. I just wish the team I rooted for had half that kind of vision and creativity. They might have made the playoffs once in the past decade if they did.

I for one would like to see the most talented teams play in the final.
Not a team that is only there because they drag games into the mud by getting away with murder because they are less talented then the other team. - Pegullaville

Kuch and Stammer take far more abuse than the dish out.
Islanders have taken out Cernak, Kucherov and Colton in the last 4 periods with absolute dirty plays.
Mayfield uses his stick as a cross check weapon with deliberate attempts to injure.
You are biased for sure...as am I with Bolts dirty play as well.
It goes both ways. - IonSabres
Kuch gives way more than he takes.
Stammer takes more than he gives.
