If traded the return for Sam and risto will be much closer than the sammer/ risto bashers club believes.

Example - sam for matt tkachuk 😀😀😀
Expose risto to waiver draft people

I personally believe risto will not be traded, but wearing a letter for the Sabres next season.

I could definitely be wrong, but I’d assume Eichel would be the first shoe to drop.

Then it allows the teams that did not acquire Jack to shift their focus to Sam.

Time will tell I guess right

Not so sure about that. I don't see Sam as a fallback to losing the Jack sweeps. Maybe a little, but I think teams in on Sam wouldn't necessarily be the same teams.

With Vegas choking away the series, Adams would be a complete fool not to entertain them as a high potential suitor for Jack. Gotta wait for them to be done...which could be Thursday night.

I'm not sure what their offer would be, but use them to drive the price higher.

my brother is a tampa STH. hes trying to convince me to come down for a finals game or two. I'm trying to convince him to sell his seats and go to vegas for a weekend (just to party). I'm not really interested in watching them blowout the Canadiens myself. PM me if you're interested in seats, he hates paying the fees for selling online.

If Risto is NOT traded, how would we know what his trade return would be, other than to assume it was piss poor, thus they decided to retain him.

If Sam and Risto's trade returns are similar, then Adam's is a friggin genius by getting higher than market value for Risto (I hope he does)...or he gave away Sam making him a fool.
