I think Gaudreau is better than Rust, but we have more options at LW then RW so we'd be better off taking them both out and subtracting a little value from the futures we send.

I'd definitely do Guentzel for Tkachuk. Depends on what else we need to add. Tkachuk is a beast who tilts the ice, exactly the type of guy you'd want with our aging centers.

Can we just trade whoever we have to to get Mayfield in a pens sweater.

I don't know that's true anymore. He's far enough removed from those two crazy seasons he had. He had a good season this year, but no better than Rust.

Ahhh gotchya....they were hammered and happy, just celebrating like crazy I'd say. I mean, its not right to do but I cant say for sure if it was a Pens game in Pittsburgh, I was there, they forced a game 7 in OT in the semi finals and I was heavily under the influence of the sauce I wouldn't toss a can as well with everyone else haha I just dont know for sure that I wouldn't hahah

I think Tojo is underselling how bad it actually was. I forget which Islander player it was, but he was afraid to skate for the stars of the game. It was those Bud Lite beer bottle cans, too, not just like regular old cans.

Thing was the Isles players didn't seem to appreciate it. Clutterbuck had to swat one away that almost hit him. Beauvillier even mentioned during his post game interview he kept looking to make sure he didn't get hit.
