I mean whatever they think, factually it fit all of the criteria for charging. The fact we were trying to guess whether poople would get a 5k fine or a 5 game suspension is a symptom of the problem in how inconsistent suspensions are. Weber absolutely demolished Keith's head I think around 10 years ago and didnt get a thing.
