oh jebus hahaa... seriously though if going for francophone players has sometimes led to some weak decisions, I never felt we were missing out that much in terms of coaches and GMs, there are always competent Quebecers available, most of the time at least...

speaking of, I've heard Joel Bouchard is unlikely to come back with the Rocket next year, apparently he's exploring other venues... that kinda sucks but I don't blame him either.

oh jebus hahaa... seriously though if going for francophone players has sometimes led to some weak decisions, I never felt we were missing out that much in terms of coaches and GMs, there are always competent Quebecers available, most of the time at least...

the timing is weird indeed, but the rumors are his contract with the Rocket had expired, which would explain why he wasn't available and not in the team's bubble anymore when Ducharme tested positive... I say "rumors" because 91.9 couldn't confirm his contract was officially over, not sure why though, I would've thought this information was public knowledge or something
