The Sabres do not currently have a goalie they can leave exposed. The Sabres must:

-Acquire another goalie in at least his third year that meets the GP requirement
-let Seattle sign Ullmark.. or Hutton I guess.

I am a mitts fan since day 1 ....... and I like really like Cozens. The main problem is ...... neither have the elite potential to be a #1 Center.

If you still have Eichel ....... Cozens and Mitts fit perfectly in the lineup.

Kind of think about Derek Roy .... he was thrown into the 1C position and busted. He was not an elite center nor shouldve ever been put in that spot.

Can still win with 3 good ones down the middle as long as you build a good team around those C. It really depends on who keeps growing and what happens with these trades and how they go about the draft.

I do think you need to get a Byfield, Zegras, Turcott back in a deal. They have the highest upside to be a #1, well Zegras and Byfield. Not sure about Turcott, solid solid #2?

It’s one reason I hate the rags as a trade partner. No centers I like!
