Depending on the offers this year (he isn't healthy, right? This may be scaring off some teams and/or have other teams offering less), it's a risk Adams might have to take, lest him giving Jack away for peanuts.
He'll hopefully weigh everything, and make the right call. No pressure, lol. - Powerslave
The rumored offer of #3 , Comtois, ++ isn't quite what we'd like, but it also isn't peanuts.

Yes, because golf and hockey are practically the same game, you get hit by a guy running full speed all the time walking down the fairway, and the green? forget about it, it's a death trap. - Wetbandit1
Are you serious dude?
You L I T E R A L L Y swing the entire upper part of your body 180 degrees, full-speed. Your neck is a gigantic part of that motion.
I can't even believe I have to explain this to a person.

Can you golf with a herniated disc in neck?
A herniated disc is one of the common injuries that greatly limits a golfer's ability to get around a course. This injury can be a serious issue if left untreated.
However, the pain caused by ruptured discs, pinched nerves, spinal stenosis and sciatica can turn the act of swinging a golf club into a study in agony. By taking some simple lifestyle precautions, you can continue to enjoy golfing and help prevent becoming one of the thousands of golfers who experience back pain.

Where did you hear the golfing thing? - Michael Pachla
I didn't hear it, I saw it. there's footage everywhere of him golfing all spring, when he supposedly had this herniated disk in his neck so bad that he needed experimental surgery that was just approved only a year ago.
All you guys have to do is some digging around on the internet. Seriously, wetbandit just gave me poop for something he could have spent 22 seconds looking up on google.
Come on guys. This is getting ridiculous. Ya'll are either naive or just plan (frank)ing with me at this point because of that post about the chimp-genes I made, and if anyone was offended by that, it's not my fault you identified with our cousins in the jungle. I think it was pretty clear who I was referring to with that post.

Holy god damn this place is boring without me.
Homie said something about the awful back-reading and 89 said there's a lot of arguing over nothing on here, you guys have been posting the same things over and over for like 3 months now, ad nauseum.
Same thing, over and over, anyone comes in with something new like a roomer or a change of subject and all of the estrogen starts seeping from every pore and this place turns into The View.

That's the big thing what are people to willing take for a injured Eichel. Is 3 Comtois Perreault/ Mclaughlin Henrique or maybe 8 Turcotte Kupari/Kaliyev Brown and maybe a lower prospect, not saying those are final pieces, for him.

There's two crowds here: People who get ornery when they read my posts because they internalize what I say and people who realize how tongue-in-cheek everything I say is and realize I'm not talking about them.
Seriously just lobotomize me now, I can't deal with the slow-burn of it anymore.
The old anecdote about the smart town that borders the dumb town, and eventually you have two dumb towns because the smart people have to lower their intellectual capacity in order to interact with and trade with the dumb town.
Welcome to America, bud. We're all dumb town now!
I just need to lighten up!
Look at me so mediocre, average in every single way, and people are threatened by it, what if they actually encountered a scholar or savant, I wonder? Would they die in the presence of St. Vincent, so blue-blooded and bred to a refined refinery? A porcelain doll human-being?
Someone walks in the room and farts. That's my President! Teach me how to spell potatoes. I read one book a year! The Bible! The only book that matters!

That was kinda like a Whoopie rant. - Michael Pachla
She is the only one on there who isn't heinous.
I'm not going and scouring the internet for the videos that leaked of him golfing before the actual injury got released to the public, by him, when he put the team on blast during an interview.
You really think this jack-off, no pun intended, isn't golfing and sailing and swimming and four-wheeling and doing hundreds of things he shouldn't be if he does in fact have a herniated Richard in his neck?
The whole thing tastes sour. He clearly put the team on blast and tried to force their hand, he clearly intends to sit out the season and wait until the NMC kicks in, and he clearly has planned this for a while now.
I hope he is the next Nathan Horton. Cool, the guy works hard and is a great athlete. He clearly only cares about himself, and if I were any team considering trading for him, that's a bigger red-flag than his injury.
I am also so (frank)ing sick of these "blue-collar" athletes. His family is very comfortably middle-class (dad is a manager of a warehouse 80k per, mom is a nurse, 80k per).
Read this article. It's sickening. Blue-collar this, blue-collar that, Eichel isn't a Diva and he's perfect for Buffalo because Blue-collar (frank)ery, even though his family was one of the more well-off in his town. It's disgusting, especially given the current situation.

Stamkos will be in Detroit before his contract is done, but they will absolutely keep him for the three-peat next year.
Monahan is 26-years old and everyone on here acts like he's 36 and a complete scrub. I don't get it. Calgary have been trending down and just like in Buffalo, all the players suffered.
Kuznetsov is as good as gone, especially with Ovie needing a new contract. They can send him to Columbus for Atkinson and Domi and I think that's a good trade for both teams.
Eichel, keep him here or bury him in Arizona. Another player people take a crap on for no good reason is OEL. Bring him back and we have Dahlin's partner for the next 6 years, he had a down season but he needs a change like Monahan.
We trade for OEL, we don't need to draft Power, can move down a few spots from 1OA and still get Eklund or Beniers, and will have acquired an additional prospect and roster player from Arizona as well as their next year's 1st and the following year's 1st.

OEL contract sucks and is Dahlin switching to RD cause I think they play the same side.
