The entire point here is that Eichel was seen golfing between his last played game of the season and that interview he gave when he put the team on blast - if he couldn’t play hockey, had issues shooting and skating and enough issues to the point he wants an experimental surgery to alleviate his pain and symptoms then he sure as hall can’t possibly be able to somehow play golf, exercise, etc…

I understand the contact within the sport of hockey being the biggest issue - maybe he has no issues until contact, but I can’t be the only one more than a little suspicious that this is a phantom injury and the team is too afraid to call his bluff.

His doctor and his agent and he want the surgery - everyone else with common sense and especially those with medical degrees think the surgery should be a last resort.

A 24 year old man should NEVER be opting for neck surgery over rehab, that’s something you do toward the end of your career to extend it a few more years or when you have exhausted all other options.

The whole thing stinks.

Wow, sorry to hear that bandit, that's no fun. Hope you feel better. Just going of what I experienced have 3-4-5 fused together in my neck and when I moved my right arm the pain was horrible.

So Anaheim, Vegas, Calgary, Minnesota seem to be leading the charge for Eichel. LA still there but might be leaning towards Rhino more, and the Rangers are still there. A few other teams have called Boston, Colorado and Islanders but the Islanders seem to be more on Rhino.

I think that is all happening on the 17th. With Expansion Draft on 22nd (?) I believe.
