You're over valuing Turcotte. If the Kings are aiming to compete right now, Reinhart to them is more valuable than Turcotte could ever be.

I would think we will see movement on the Eichel and Reinhart fronts after the expansion lists are handed in.

I also don’t have sources so who really knows.
