The coaching was horrible. Your best players are being mugged and you do nothing about it. No line matching, no cross-check the opponent's best players, just the laissez faire approach.

I'm not convinced we need to be "bigger" -- just more tenacious and have a north-south line that makes things a little less predictable and "fun" to play against.

I don't want to pay Zach Hyman types 4.5-5.5M. I think you can have that type of tenacious line for a grand total of 5-6M (max). If they score some goals, cool, but it's more about adding truculence and a different look than anything.
