It's not the Rays way, but I hope they trade for another starting pitcher to round out their rotation, especially if Glasnow isn't available for the postseason. Maybe another bat, but I think they are hoping that Franco, Bruján, and Lowe (coming out of a long slump) carries the offense.

I think its fair to say the Sabres should have given Reinhart a max deal coming off his ELC a la an RNH deal @ 8x$6. He botched it, and then Adams botched it when they thought Hall was going to replace him. It's been a comedy of errors.

I think at least part of Reinhart's frustration is that the Sabres never committed to him.

Suddenly Donnie Meatballs comes along and realizes this guy is a good leader and a solid top-6 center.

Reinhart is almost certainly thinking "yeah, you probably should have figured that out 5 years ago, goobers. I'm out."
